Jeff P. Smith: Senior Business Writer

Jeff has a passion and talent for the written language, with a bachelor’s degree in fiction writing. His skills include research, content writing, copy editing and proofreading important, for complex documents. He is adept with a range of writing tools to augment his natural talents, including commercial AI platforms.
He has also been a workshop knowledge worker at Imaginal Labs, serving clients like EY, Ford, Honda Aerospace, Auburn Theological Seminary and others.

Mario Hegewald: Strategy Leader, Senior Writer

Mario has three decades of experience helping clients solve problems using digital and analog collaboration technologies. Mario designs and facilitates client workshops ranging from a half day to 3 days or more that accelerate visioning, alignment, execution planning, and adoption on a wide variety of topics. Mario brings expertise from the fields of design thinking, the Collab Code, and Six Sigma, and other tools to bear in designing and delivering the workshops. He is also a seasoned writer and has developed hundreds of proposals, presentations and other critical client documents.

Michael is very adept at helping our clients with structuring proposals, defining the key win themes and other aspects of improving the document prior to finalizing.

Kim has over 25 years of combined experience in both the government and retail customer service sectors. She leads proposal development, with deep skills in document management and controls, with a wide range of technical and sector specific expertise.
Her background includes extensive experience in managing complex programs with multi-million-dollar contracts, to ensure successful solution delivery. Her approach is to develop trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. She leverages her years of experience in responding to client proposals, presentation development and delivery, and project management.
