InOvation Workshops
At Four Peaks Advisors, we know that people support what they help create. InOvation is based on decades of proven methods from Design Thinking, Collab Code, Six-Sigma and other processes—all focused on unleashing the wisdom of the group.
The InOvation workshop is uniquely designed to:
Accelerate critical decisions and actions
Align diverse stakeholders—internal and external
Break down organizational silos
Create high-performing teams of change champions
The InOvation methodology is based on decades of research into collaborative work, and is focused on framing and solving problems. The three-step approach is collaborative and innovative by design (warning—it can also be fun).
Scan: Here we diverge before we converge. We use the power of metaphors, models, benchmarking, subject matter experts, TED talks—all designed to create disruptive thinking and challenge the status quo.
Focus: Next we refine the solution set by testing hypotheses. We do this with design challenges, journey-mapping and similar tools as we begin to hone in on the “right” answer. We create a first draft of the solution framework.
Act: Finally we advance the solution framework and develop next steps which could include initiative charters, process models, project plans, quick-hit opportunities and so forth. Workshops conclude with a commitment exercise that ensures participants are aligned, focused and know their role. They leave with the intent to follow through.
